Translation prices are calculated on a per source word basis. The rate per source word will depend on the required language combination, the total volume of words, and the complexity of the subject matter. 4. How can I send you my documents?

You can send us your documents by fax, post or as e-mail attachments (all major file formats supported). On completion, we will return the translation by your preferred method.

5. Can w2w maintain the format of my original document?

We can support all major electronic file formats (e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF), in addition to any original hard copy document formats, and can usually maintain the layout of the original document at no extra cost.

6. Will my documents and company information be treated in confidence?

Yes. All our clients information and documentation are handled in strictest confidence. All our translators are bound by confidentiality agreements. We will never share your personal or company information with any third party!

8. How and when can I pay for my translation?

We do not require payment in advance, unless previously agreed otherwise. Invoices are issued once you have received your completed translation. Payment may be made by cheque or bank transfer.
