New Download Clients “Dummy Proof” Streaming Content Like BitTorrent Downloads

In an effort to make technologies like BitTorrent downloads more appealing to a wider audience, uTorrent has released a brand new BitTorrent client that promises to "dummy proof" BitTorrent downloading. The client is codenamed Chrysalis, and it is aimed at novice BitTorrent users who can become easily overwhelmed by the traditional interface of uTorrent, and Chrysalis is set to replace BitTorrent's mainline client in the months to come.
BitTorrent has acquired a dominant position in the streaming download space with their two applications uTorrent and the Mainline client, which together have over 100 million active users a month and counting. Still, the company sees a lot of untapped potential in the large number of first time users who try the software a few times but do not become regular users.
